So...we haven't posted here in a while and SO much has happened! We are performing six shows of The Vagina Monologues and A Memory, A Monologue, A Rant and A Prayer at the New Players Theatre, all kicking off with a Valentine's gala on 14th February 2009.
Tickets will be on sale soon and they won't last! We'll keep you posted here, at www.vdaylondon.com as well as on facebook, so stay tuned.
In other news, we had a fabulous Halloween fundraiser on Friday 31st October, and will soon be announcing the lucky winner of our Sh! sex toy prize draw.
Our next event will be Reclaim the Afternoon: Cakes & Crafts, warming up with the Reclaim the Night crew on 22nd November. Have a look to find out more and rsvp, or email cakes@vdaylondon.com.

V-Statement
V-Day is an organized response against violence toward women.
V-Day is a vision: We see a world where women live safely and freely.
V-Day is a demand: Rape, incest, battery, genital mutilation and sexual slavery must end now.
V-Day is a spirit: We believe women should spend their lives creating and thriving rather than surviving or recovering from terrible atrocities.
V-Day is a catalyst: By raising money and consciousness, it will unify and strengthen existing anti-violence efforts. Triggering far-reaching awareness, it will lay the groundwork for new educational, protective, and legislative endeavors throughout the world.
V-Day is a process: We will work as long as it takes. We will not stop until the violence stops.
V-Day is a day. We proclaim Valentine's Day as V-Day, to celebrate women and end the violence.

VDAY 2009...
...is coming!
We're on the verge of confirming a venue for the 2009 season, we're currently sourcing 400+ capacity theatres in central London.
So - a bigger, bolder VDay is going to hit town next year - 3 performances of both Memory, A Monologue... and The Vagina Monologues - so 6 shows in total.
Plus exciting lead up events to be announced soon...
...and here's a date for the diary - 14th Feb 2009 - the final night of the week long theatre run - which will end with the biggest bang yet:
